Bio
I’ve worked in the electronics and technology sector since 1986 (40+ years now!) and am still excited every day by the innovation and creativity of the people and the industry. Following an engineering start to my career, the majority of that time has been spent in the commercial and search/recruitment sectors. My area of expertise is centred on Executive / Leadership counselling with clients, guiding them on their strategic senior-level hires. I’m especially passionate about working with early-stage start-up technology companies.
It has been a privilege to develop Redline into a company that clients and candidates trust, where we change lives every day, and employees have the opportunity to develop long-term industry knowledge and deliver a genuinely valuable service.
Away from work, I’ve been doing my bit for the STEM community:- three graduate sons in Maths and Engineering. With them now ‘off our hands’, I can indulge my passion for live music (listening and playing), sport (especially golf and skiing), and spending time with my wife supporting her equine passion.
