Client Data –
We need to collect and use information about you, or individuals at your organisation, in the course of providing you services such as (i) finding candidates who are the right fit for you or your organisation; (ii) providing you with a Managed Service Provider Programmes (or assisting another organisation to do so); (iii) providing you with Recruitment Process Outsourcing services (or assisting another organisation to do so); and/or (iv) notifying you of content published by Amsource Technology which is likely to be relevant and useful to you. We may also hold extra information that someone in your organisation has chosen to inform us.
Supplier Data –
To ensure relationships run smoothly with our suppliers we collect the details for contacts within your organisation, such as names, telephone numbers and email addresses. We’ll also collect other information such as bank details, so that we can pay you if this is part of the contractual arrangements between us.
People whose data we receive from candidates and staff, such as referees and emergency contacts –
To provide candidates with suitable employment opportunities safely and securely and to provide for every eventuality for them and our staff, we need some basic background information. We only request basic contact details, so that we can get in touch with you either for a reference or because you have been listed as an emergency contact to one of our candidates or staff members.

The limited amount of data which we collect from our website users is collected to only help us improve your experience when using our website and to help us manage the services we provide. Primarily we will share your information with prospective employers to increase your chances of securing the job you want. Unless you specify otherwise, we may also share your information with associated third parties such as our CRM/service providers to help us provide you with the best possible service.
Client Data –
We will share your data: (i) primarily to ensure that we provide you with a suitable pool of candidates; (ii) to provide you with an MSP programme (or assist another organisation to do so): and/or (iii) to provide you with RPO services (or assist another organisation to do so). We may share your information with associated third parties such as our service providers to help us meet these aims.

Unless you specify otherwise, we may share your information with any of our group companies and associated third parties such as our service providers and organisations to whom we provide services.
HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR PERSONAL DATA FOR?
Personal data processed for any purpose or purposes shall not be kept for longer than is necessary. Amsource Technology reviews the length of time that personal data is kept, on a regular basis, considering the purpose or purposes for which the data is held and for how long. Any data that is no longer needed is updated, archived or securely deleted.
