Bio
Adam is an executive search professional and trusted client advisor with over thirty-five years’ of experience in the European high-technology arena. A qualified Electronics Engineer, he started his career in the aerospace sector and soon moved into the high-tech recruitment industry with a focus on the then-emergent semiconductor and microelectronics arena.
Widely experienced in creating and delivering successful search & selection and managed vendor services. Adam has built an exceptional track record completing board director, CEO, and other leadership and succession assignments, including COO / Managing Director, CTO, and functional leadership across engineering, sales, marketing, and operations both in the UK and internationally.
Throughout his career, Adam has been adept at delivering market-sensitive assignments that require the utmost discretion and has helped companies develop a long-term vision and strategy.
In his spare time, he enjoys many sports and can regularly be found watching and playing golf, cricket, and skiing. Married and a father of two daughters, he likes to spend his summers on the French Riviera with his family and friends.
