Redline Executive are delighted to have been retained to seek a Global Sales Director for an established business specialising in the design and manufacture of safety related technology. The business is entering a new period of growth, acquisition and the launch of an exiting new platform of products and services.
The role will lead and grow a group of talented and motivated in-country sales leaders, and establish the growth strategy. The role sits on the main board of the business and reports directly to the Chief Executive.
With a background in technology sales leadership, it would be very beneficial if you have some exposure to a migration from pure product to a products and services / SaaS model. Additionally, if you have experience of leading a complex multinational channel / route to market model, that would also be of significant benefit. We are seeking high levels of drive, intellect, emotional intelligence and communication skills.
