Critical to the next phase of growth and realisation is the appointment of a Director of Mechanical Engineering to drive improvements in cost, compliance, functionality, manufacturability across the product offering.

You will be a highly collaborate operator ensuring your department is functioning harmoniously with the other disciplines in the business. You will coach, lead, motivate and grow you team in the line with the business's burgeoning requirements.

We seek a strong academic background coupled with extensive real-world experience in bringing complex mechatronic systems from prototype build to volume manufacture. It is likely you will have exposure to some or all of the following.

• Thermal Management

• 3D Printing

• Additive Manufacturing

• Materials Science

Exposure to designing systems for functionality in harsh operating environments is a definite advantage.
