The business is preparing for its next significant growth phase and is investing across the business to drive the process forward. Critical to this drive is the appointment of an Operations Director to assume full operational responsibility across the business.
Ideally with a career forged in a hardware technology SME, you will be a moderniser with a proven background in building and developing highly functioning teams focused on business excellence. You will have a logical and considered approach and be a committed completer / finisher that can deliver process and business improvements in line with my client's ambitious goals.
A visible, energetic and motivated leader you will be credible in negotiations and with customer interactions. You will be a trusted advisor to the business ownership and provide transparent leadership as a key and trusted member of the senior leadership team.
